You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not use our services to host or transmit anything illegal, infringing, malicious (malware, phishing), spam, or content that harms our network or other users. We may suspend services that violate this policy or applicable law.
Services are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle. Renewals are due on or before the due date. Non-payment may lead to suspension and, after a grace period, termination and data deletion.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may keep backups as a courtesy, we are not liable for any data loss.
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You may cancel a service from your account or by contacting support.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the preceding billing cycle. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
