This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply to services purchased from Nice Hosting.
Eligible new shared and reseller hosting plans may be refunded if cancelled within the money-back window stated on the plan (commonly the first few days). After this window, fees are non-refundable.
Domain registrations/renewals/transfers, SSL certificates, licenses, dedicated/VPS setup fees, add-ons, and any service used beyond the money-back window are non-refundable, as these carry costs we cannot recover.
Renewal payments are non-refundable. Please cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Enable/disable auto-renew from your dashboard.
Wallet balance added for purchasing services is used against your orders and is generally non-refundable once services are consumed.
Open a support ticket or email us with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or wallet within a reasonable time.
Refunds are not available for services suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
